Wedding Directing Package

A Wedding Director coordinates the details, vendors and itinerary on your wedding day. All concerns are placed on the shoulders of your director, so that you don't get caught up in the small details and can enjoy your guests and your day. Services Include but are not limited to:

• Free Initial Consultation
• Supervise wedding rehearsal
• Ensure vendors are present, on time and confirm all services have been provided as noted in the contract
• Ensure the bridal party and all participating family members are aware of their roles and cues for the ceremony
• Confirm all details and decorations are in place at the ceremony and reception sites
• Confirm all necessary documents (marriage license) and rings are present for the ceremony
• Facilitate the processional, timing and spacing for the ceremony
• Move any items that need to be taken from the ceremony location to the reception
• Provide Bridal Emergency Kit
• Provide wedding day schedules to vendors, bridal party and officiant
• Cueing of first dance, cake cutting, etc
• Manage reception which includes cueing of bridal party and guest toast/speeches
• Assist the bride with bustle, veil, and other attire needs
• See that all gifts get to the couple or relative responsible for this task

With this package you will be contacted at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding by your Wedding Director to gather pertinent information.

Wedding Consulting Packages

A Wedding Consultant works in partnership with the couple, and guides them through the process of wedding decisions. Couples working with a consultant are very much in control of their wedding plans, yet they have the professional guidance and assistance when needed.

Services Include:

• Includes 3 to 5 hours of consulting
• Information packets for suggested vendors to include wedding ceremony and reception venues, photographers, entertainment, florists, bakeries, officiates or churches, transportation, men's formal wear, bridal wear, invitations, guest accommodations and linen/special décor rentals
• Preparation of budget

Wedding Planning Packages

The Wedding Designer plans the details of your wedding from start to finish. Couples working with the designer are still involved with the planning of the wedding, yet the wedding planner is doing most of the legwork.

Services Include:

• Refer and assist in all vendor selections
• Schedule vendor appointments
• Contract negotiations
• Budget consultation, preparation and tracking
• Unlimited consultations via phone, email or in person
• Assist in designing wedding ceremony
• Assist in designing reception
• Out of town guest coordination and communication
• Wedding party coordination and communication
• Monthly calendar of bridal events/shows and appointments
• Develop wedding day itinerary
• Provide wedding day schedules to vendors, bridal party and officiant
